Plans are for 30 days and automatically renew every 30 days, unless you cancel service prior to the start of the 30 day renewal. Service may be cancelled at any time by clicking att.com/ipadlanding, visiting a retail store or by calling 1-800-331-0500. Usage in excess of 250 MB for the 250 MB plan, or 2 GB for 2 GB plan, during any 30-day period to be billed at $14.99 for each additional 250 MB, and $10 for each additional 1 GB, respectively. Unused data does not roll over to next 30-day period. Additional session-based data capacity may be purchased with a credit or debit card from your iPad or visit att.com/buyasession.

All Tablets have a 14-day equipment return period. Tablets purchased with a service commitment are subject to an Equipment fee if service is cancelled between day 15 and day 30 (or between day 1 and day 14 and the equipment is not returned), see att.com/returns for details. Tablets purchased with a two-year service commitment require a minimum data plan of $35/month for the life of the service commitment

Early Termination Fee: None if cancelled in the first 30 days, but up to 10% restocking fee may apply to returns; thereafter up to $325. No Commitment Plans are for the monthly billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the start of the next monthly billing period. Service may be cancelled without commitment or termination fees at any time at a retail store or 1-800-331-0500. Unused data does not roll over to the next billing period.
